Role & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams focused on specific product verticals (Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry). Drive technical strategy, execution, and delivery across these teams. Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to build and scale our applications. Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement aligned with our values. Oversee development across various tech stacks including Backend (Go, Elixir, GraphQL, GCP, Kubernetes), Mobile (Kotlin, Swift), and Web (Vue JS).

Ideal Candidate: An experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of managing multiple teams and shipping complex software products. You are passionate about the outdoors and technology.
