    - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition
    - Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities
    - Collaborate with product team to optimize user experience
    - Track and measure marketing performance
    - Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics

    **Requirements:**
    - 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth
    - Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing
    - Experience with digital marketing channels
    - Ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness
    - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
