Engineering Manager

    **About The Role:** We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our technical direction and team performance.

    - 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years of management experience
    - Strong technical background with experience in authorization systems
    - Excellent leadership and communication skills
    - Experience with agile development methodologies
    - Ability to balance technical and business priorities
