**About The Role:** We are seeking a Deployment Engineering Lead to guide our deployment processes and infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and implementation of deployment pipelines
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability
- Manage cloud resources and cost optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes
- Ensure high availability and performance of our systems

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in deployment engineering or infrastructure
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience with ability to mentor engineers
