    **About The Role:** We are seeking a Head of Customers to lead our customer success initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with Oso.

    **Responsibilities:**
    - Develop and execute customer success strategy
    - Oversee all customer success operations and processes
    - Build and scale our customer success team
    - Drive customer adoption and value realization
    - Collaborate with product team to ensure customer needs are met

    **Requirements:**
    - 5+ years of experience in customer success or product management
    - Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
    - Experience scaling customer success operations
    - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    - Data-driven approach to customer success
