Ovyl is seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our growing hardware product development company in Nashville, TN. We develop products holistically, working on commercial IoT, medical devices, and consumer electronics.

Role Description:
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding complex hardware projects from concept through to production. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams (User Research, Industrial Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware) and clients to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet our high standards for quality and innovation. You excel at bringing complex products to life and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project status and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management function.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing hardware product development projects, ideally in IoT, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from research and design to engineering and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

This position requires working on-site in our Nashville office 2-3 days per week.
