Oxidian is seeking a Senior React + TypeScript Developer to join our growing team. We're building cutting-edge software for government organizations across the UK and EEA, focusing on user experience and technical excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web development and a passion for creating impactful applications that serve society.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user interfaces for our government-facing applications
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into elegant solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
