Software Engineer - AI Training Data Systems

P-1 AI is seeking a Software Engineer to join our AI Training Data Systems team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining systems that create, curate, and manage high-quality training data essential for our AI models. This is a critical position that will help ensure our AI systems have the robust datasets needed to perform reliably across diverse engineering applications. You’ll work on innovative solutions for data generation, annotation, and validation, collaborating with researchers and engineers to optimize our training pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills with experience in data systems, databases, and machine learning workflows. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$200,000 plus equity opportunities.
