Infrastructure Engineer - Customer Integration

P-1 AI is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Customer Integration team. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain the systems and tools that enable seamless integration of our AI solutions with customer environments. This position is critical for ensuring our customers can effectively deploy and utilize our technology across various engineering domains. You’ll work on developing robust infrastructure, APIs, and integration frameworks that facilitate smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, API design, and customer-facing systems. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$200,000 plus equity opportunities. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and customer success technologies. Experience with DevOps practices, containerization, and monitoring tools is highly valued.
