About The Role: We are hiring a Founding Engineer to join our early-stage startup. This is a critical role that will shape the technical foundation of our platform. You will work directly with service members to understand their needs and build solutions that help military teams stay ready and deploy with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build the technical infrastructure for our platform.
- Collaborate with service members to understand their operational needs.
- Develop and maintain features that help military teams stay ready and deploy with confidence.
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of the company.
- Mentor and guide other engineers as the team grows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building scalable software systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and network protocols.
- Experience with full-stack development (frontend and backend).
- Strong knowledge of Go, Rust, or similar systems programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and its impact on mission-critical operations.
