Senior Frontend Engineer

PermitFlow is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our user interface development and enhance the customer experience of our construction technology platform. We're building a product that simplifies complex permitting processes for customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for our permitting platform
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with backend engineers to create seamless user experiences
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to team growth

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of frontend development experience
- Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong knowledge of frontend tooling and build systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
