Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the user interface for our construction technology platform, ensuring a seamless experience for thousands of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement features based on customer feedback and business requirements.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive behavior even under heavy load.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, maintaining high standards of quality and best practices.
• Explore and implement new technologies to enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience.

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and state management libraries.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, with a focus on writing type-safe, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, SASS) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and performance optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and security best practices.
• A passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex applications.

Compensation: $125,000 - $240,000 + equity
