**About The Role:** We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer (with a preference for backend-leaning) to join our product engineering teams. We highly value a product-mindset, experience building production web apps for real users, and the ability to coach and support more junior engineers.

**Responsibilities:** 
- Design and develop full-stack web applications for our financial products.
- Work closely with product and design teams to implement features that meet user needs.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our applications.

**Requirements:**
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, AWS, React, Redux.
- Experience with distributed systems and financial applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
