Product Engineer (AI)

We’re building an AI-powered clinic assistant that actually gets things done—booking appointments, managing vaccine records, handling FAQs, and even sounding like the clinic itself. This is multi-modal AI in the real world, not a demo.

We’re looking for product-minded engineers who want to push the boundaries of generative AI, RAG, and intelligent automation. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying AI features that feel magical, not clunky. You’ll ship fast, solve real user problems directly impacting veterinary clinics and pet owners.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, develop, and deploy features for our AI-powered clinic assistant.
*   Work with generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation techniques.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
*   Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
*   Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the AI platform.

Required Skills & Experience:
*   Strong proficiency in full-stack development.
*   Experience with our tech stack: TypeScript, NestJS, React, React Native, AWS.
*   A product-focused mindset with strong intuition for user needs.
*   The drive to build useful, impactful things and solve real-world problems.

Ideal Candidate:
*   You are passionate about applying AI to solve practical problems.
*   You have experience or a strong interest in generative AI, RAG, and related technologies (Bonus: Direct AI experience).
*   You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy shipping code rapidly.
*   You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can work independently.
*   Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
