About Recurrence Technologies: Recurrence Technologies, Inc. is building AI teammates for home health agencies. We are growing fast with paying customers and real revenue. Backed by Slow Ventures and other great investors. Our team is based in NYC (Chinatown) and includes ex-Airtable engineers and an exited healthcare platform founder.

About The Role: We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join our team. This is a crucial role in shaping the product and the company. You will be involved in building the core product, which is an AI assistant for home health agencies. You will work closely with the founder and the team to build and scale the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the product features
• Build and maintain the product infrastructure
• Collaborate with the team to define the product vision
• Ensure the product is scalable and reliable
• Work on improving the AI capabilities of the product
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building AI or machine learning products
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Experience in building scalable web applications
• Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or home health industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
