About Phoebe Phoebe is building the AI coordination layer for in‑home care, one of the largest labor markets in the country. We’ve grown from $0 to $800k+ ARR in 4 months with zero churn. We’re backed by great investors like Slow, Quiet, Roar, and Moxxie.

What you’ll do

• Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent
• Create software that feels great to use
• Work in fast, iterative cycles
• Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements
• Translate our core principles into product:
  • Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate.
  • Quality matters. Your work stands on its own.

Who you are

• You have 2+ years of experience in product design
• You’ve designed production software that real people use
• You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad
• You notice UX everywhere – good and bad – in your daily life
• You have a portfolio you’re proud of

The tools

• Figma for design
• Cursor or similar AI tooling for prototyping
