Job Description:
We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the scalable infrastructure that powers Phonely's AI voice solutions. This is an opportunity to design, implement, and optimize systems that handle massive scale and ensure reliability for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment of voice AI models
- Optimize system performance for low-latency voice processing
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Linux, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Understanding of distributed systems and networking
