Job Description:
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most out of Phonely's platform. This is an opportunity to help businesses transition to AI-powered customer support while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and help them configure Phonely
- Provide training and support for effective platform usage
- Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor customer health and retention

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer success or support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with SaaS customer success tools
- Customer relationship management experience
