Job Description: We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our early-stage company. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers to drive growth for Phonely. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential customer leads - Conduct outreach and demonstrations of Phonely's platform - Develop relationships with decision-makers in contact centers - Present Phonely's solution to prospects - Negotiate and close deals with the business development team - Provide sales intelligence to the product team Requirements: - 0-3 years of sales or business development experience - Strong outbound calling and persuasion skills - Ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders - Experience with CRM tools - Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals At Phonely, you'll be part of a small team with significant ownership.
