Job Description:
We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, helping customers implement and optimize Phonely's platform. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Phonely's platform to customer sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production environments
- Train customer teams on platform usage
- Gather technical requirements and feedback from customers
- Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment processes
- Become an expert in Phonely's technology

Requirements:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with distributed systems
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment automation
- Passion for helping customers succeed
