**About The Role:** We are seeking a Technical Co-founder to join our journey in building Phrasing. This is a co-founding opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and execution of the company. You will be responsible for the backend Elixir application, ensuring that every task is executed flawlessly, queries are optimized, and the infrastructure is robust and scalable. While we, the founder, will spearhead the frontends, design, marketing, and product vision, we are looking for a partner who is equally passionate about the mission and willing to wear multiple hats.

**What You'll Do:**
*   Lead the development and optimization of the backend application built with Elixir, Clojure, and Swift.
*   Ensure that the system is performant, scalable, and reliable, handling the demands of a growing user base.
*   Collaborate closely with the founder on product features, ensuring that the technical implementation aligns with the vision.
*   Optimize database queries, data structures, and infrastructure to minimize latency and maximize efficiency.
*   Contribute to the design and architecture of the platform, with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability.
*   Mentor and guide the technical aspects of the product, while also being open to learning from the founder's expertise in frontend and product.

**What You'll Bring:**
