Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer support
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party services and non-Salesforce codebases
• Collaborate with product teams to implement new features and enhancements
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
• Drive technical innovation and implement improvements

Required Skills & Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning frameworks
• 3+ years of development experience with non-Salesforce technologies (Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python)
• Deep understanding of core Salesforce DX with unlocked packages
• Strong integration skills with RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Bachelor’’s or Master’’s in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technology gaps and deliver end-to-end solutions
