We are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to support our growth as we move towards product launch. You will be responsible for managing financial planning and reporting, overseeing operational processes, enhancing our operations across finance, HR (including global hiring and compensation), and remote collaboration infrastructure. You will play a key role in shaping our remote work culture and facilitating team effectiveness.

This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling technology startups, particularly managing finance and operations within remote and international teams.
