About The Role: As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our AI products. You’ll work closely with researchers and engineers to translate complex technical capabilities into accessible designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for complex AI tools and applications
• Create information visualizations for probabilistic and analytical results
• Develop user flows and interaction designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements
• Create design systems and components
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX design for technical or scientific products
• Expertise in information visualization principles
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and outcomes
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of D3.js or similar visualization libraries
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies
