Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG, our Retail Media team helps brands grow through connected, thoughtful marketplace strategies that bring together audience understanding, strong creative, smart investment decisions, and rigorous performance analysis. This team works across major retail media platforms to build programs that do more than drive short‑term results—they help clients create stronger, more consistent brand and commerce experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead retail media strategy across a portfolio of clients, ensuring plans support business goals, category opportunities, and long‑term growth.
  • Guide senior client relationships by bringing clear recommendations, strong judgment, and a steady point of view.
  • Oversee investment strategy, forecasting, pacing, and performance across major retail media platforms, including Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
  • Partner with Analytics, Creative, Retail Operations, and other media teams to build connected programs that are measurable and well executed.
  • Use performance data, market signals, and platform changes to shape smarter strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Lead and develop team members, supporting strong work, clear direction, and continued growth across the retail media team.
  • Improve ways of working across the practice by helping build stronger processes, better planning, and more consistent quality.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in retail media, digital media, or marketplace advertising, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience leading retail media strategy across large or complex client businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of audience strategy, campaign performance, and multi‑channel marketing.
  • Confidence managing senior client relationships and guiding conversations that influence decisions and build trust.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading teams and developing others through clear feedback, coaching, and thoughtful support.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional partners to keep work connected and moving forward.
  • Comfort using tools such as Velocity, Excel, and SQL to support planning, analysis, and decision‑making.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer‑Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
