**Roles We're Hiring For:**  
- Product Engineers: Build and maintain our core product, working on features like analytics, feature flags, session replay, and more  
- Clickhouse Engineer: Optimize and maintain our petabyte-scale ClickHouse database infrastructure  
- Technical Account Executives: Drive customer success and business growth through technical expertise  

**Responsibilities:**  
- Product Engineers:  
  - Design and implement new features and improvements to our product suite  
  - Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements and solutions  
  - Optimize system performance and scalability  
  - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our technical culture  

- Clickhouse Engineer:  
  - Design and maintain our distributed ClickHouse infrastructure  
  - Optimize query performance and data processing pipelines  
  - Develop automation tools for database management and monitoring  
  - Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams  

- Technical Account Executives:  
  - Identify and qualify new business opportunities  
  - Build technical relationships with key customers  
  - Help customers implement and maximize value from PostHog  
  - Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales and support teams  

**Requirements:**  
- Product Engineer:  
  - 3+ years of software engineering experience  
  - Proficiency in modern web technologies (Python, JavaScript, etc.)  
  - Experience with distributed systems and database optimization  
  - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  

- Clickhouse Engineer:  
  - Deep expertise in ClickHouse or similar OLAP databases  
  - Experience with distributed systems architecture  
  - Strong SQL and data querying skills  
  - Background in automation and infrastructure engineering  

- Technical Account Executive:  
  - 3+ years in sales or technical account management  
  - Solid technical foundation in software development  
  - Experience working with SaaS products  
  - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  

**Compensation:** Competitive salaries ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 based on experience, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits. Remote roles with flexible work arrangements available for all positions.
