Growth Hacker/Marketing/Sales
PostMatch.io is a SaaS company with a product that has already achieved Product-Market Fit (PMF) and demonstrated traction against competitors. We’re seeking a Growth Hacker, Marketing, and Sales professional to help scale our user base and drive revenue. Our product is nearly ready (3-7 days away) and we operate with a lean approach while planning for future expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire early customers in B2B SaaS through creative, low-cost tactics (organic + paid channels)
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that balance efficiency and scalability
- Iterate quickly based on performance metrics and user feedback
- Collaborate with the small, agile team to optimize customer acquisition and retention
- Explore partnership opportunities with commission-based models
- Present findings and strategies to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS customer acquisition
- Experience with both organic growth (content marketing, SEO) and paid acquisition (social ads, search ads)
- Ability to operate effectively in lean environments with limited resources
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics
