About The Role: We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our team. This role involves working closely with product designers, founders, and other engineers to craft high-quality, impactful user experiences for communication professionals worldwide. You will play a key role in expanding our platform and ensuring its scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP and Symfony
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong PHP expertise
• Proficiency in Symfony and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization with PostgreSQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong English language skills for effective collaboration
