Company: Prior Labs is building foundation models for structured/tabular data – AI's biggest blind spot. Our approach, TabPFN, uses transformers pre-trained on synthetic data for state-of-the-art results on small datasets zero-shot. Backed by €9M pre-seed.

Role: We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join our team in Berlin or Freiburg (on-site).

Responsibilities: Build scalable infrastructure & APIs to support our foundation models for tabular data. Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to bring our TabPFN technology to production.

Ideal Candidate: Experience building scalable systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), API design, and potentially MLOps. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) are essential. Passionate about tackling a $100B+ opportunity and shaping the future of AI for structured data from day one.
