Company: Prior Labs is building foundation models for structured/tabular data – AI's biggest blind spot. Our approach, TabPFN, uses transformers pre-trained on synthetic data for state-of-the-art results on small datasets zero-shot. Backed by €9M pre-seed.

Role: Join our Founding Team as an ML Engineer in Berlin or Freiburg (on-site).

Responsibilities: Focus on optimizing, scaling, and productionizing our Transformer-based Foundation Models (TFMs) for tabular data, including TabPFN. Work on model training pipelines, deployment infrastructure, performance optimization, and ensuring the reliability of our ML systems.

Ideal Candidate: Strong software engineering skills combined with ML expertise. Experience with MLOps tools and practices, cloud platforms, and Python. Familiarity with transformers and tabular data models is a plus. Ready to build the next generation of AI tools.
