About Privatize: Privatize is an operating system for private markets, enabling over 200 wealth organizations to access and manage private equity, private credit, and infrastructure funds. The platform offers comprehensive solutions including education, fund insights, portfolio design, execution, and compliance, all aimed at delivering resilient and outperforming client portfolios. Privatize serves intermediaries and investors such as private banks, family offices, wealth managers, financial advisors, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of strategic platform features using Python, Django, and TailwindCSS. Shape the product architecture and drive implementation of creative, user-focused solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features for the private markets platform. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate: Deep expertise in Python, Django, and TailwindCSS. At least 5 years of relevant experience or exceptional technical ability. Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and contribute to product architecture. Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product, design, and operations teams.
