Staff Security Engineer

**Job Description:** As a Staff Security Engineer at Privy, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our platform. You will work on implementing security measures, conducting audits, and responding to potential threats.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement security protocols and measures for our platform
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and maintain security documentation and policies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into their workflows
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and countermeasures
- Develop and maintain our bug bounty program
- Participate in security incident response and recovery

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering
- Expertise in cryptography and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (OWASP, NIST)
- Experience with security testing tools (Burp Suite, Nessus)
- Knowledge of blockchain security principles
- Experience with secure development lifecycle practices
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR)
