About The Role: We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing and building the user interfaces for our wallet infrastructure and developer platform. You will own critical frontend systems, focusing on creating intuitive, performant, and accessible user experiences while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement cutting-edge user interfaces for our wallet products and developer platform.
- Build reusable UI components and libraries that maintain consistency across our applications.
- Develop complex frontend logic for user onboarding, wallet interactions, and transaction flows.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data exchange.
- Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive interactions even at scale.
- Advocate for user experience and accessibility standards throughout the development process.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our engineering culture of excellence and ownership.
- Stay at the forefront of frontend technologies and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading frontend engineering projects, preferably in fintech or high-traffic applications.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or similar.
- Strong understanding of state management, RESTful APIs, and web security best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and creating intuitive user interfaces for diverse user bases.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (a11y).
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and testing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make thoughtful design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000, plus potential equity participation.
