About The Role: We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in building end-to-end features for our wallet infrastructure and developer platform. You will own the full stack development process, from frontend user interfaces to backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement full-stack features for our wallet products and developer platform.
- Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces for various applications.
- Optimize system performance and scalability across the entire stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our engineering culture of excellence and ownership.
- Advocate for secure development practices across all layers of the application.
- Stay at the forefront of full-stack technologies and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading full-stack engineering projects, preferably in fintech or high-throughput applications.
- Deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with experience in multiple languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, database management, and web security.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend languages (Go, Java, Node.js).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make thoughtful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000, plus potential equity participation.
