Solutions Engineer / Architect

Promptfoo is looking for talented Solutions Engineers and Architects to help our customers implement and maximize the value of our LLM security toolkit. In this role, you will be the technical advocate for our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of AI implementation while ensuring security and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Promptfoo
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for LLM implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-specific technical challenges
• Stay current with industry trends in AI security and optimization
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and customer resources

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and security frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with development teams to implement solutions
• Familiarity with Promptfoo or similar open-source AI tools
