About The Role: As a Product Designer at Property Meld, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences that delight our customers. You’ll bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical implementation to create intuitive interfaces that make property maintenance management seamless. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and contribute directly to solving pain points in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
• Measure design impact through analytics and user feedback
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our design processes

Required Skills & Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in web application design
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences in B2B SaaS products
• Mastery of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and typography
• Ability to create responsive designs for various screen sizes
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating design expertise and process
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for solving complex problems through design
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
