About The Role:

We are seeking a T4 Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves taking on more complex and strategic responsibilities, including leading projects and mentoring junior engineers. You will play a key role in shaping our technical direction and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term technical vision.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide architectural guidance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in React development, database design, and third-party API integration.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby on Rails (7-20 years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000 annually, along with potential equity and benefits.
