**Job Description:**
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at ProveAI, you will play a leadership role in building our next-generation AI governance platform. You will mentor junior engineers, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to the technical vision of our product. This role requires deep expertise in full-stack development and a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth
- Drive architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to define and implement new features
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and code reviews
- Champion best practices in software engineering and development processes
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative features and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies

**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Strong backend engineering skills with experience in API development and data processing
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems
- Familiarity with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, IBM Cloud) and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and smart contracts (Hedera, Solidity)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system architecture
- Experience with test frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope
