Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead our data initiatives, develop sophisticated machine learning models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the company. You will be responsible for end-to-end model development, from data acquisition and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and measure the impact of your work.

Technical Skills Required: A deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and big data technologies is essential. Experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SQL, Spark, and expertise in areas like NLP or predictive modeling.

Ideal Candidate: Has 7+ years experience, a PhD in a quantitative field, and a proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.
