Quatt is seeking an MLOps Engineer for their Data team. Quatt is a quickly growing climate tech scaleup building smart, accessible hybrid heat pumps to accelerate the transition to a gas-free future and help fix climate change. A key part of their strategy is building the smartest heat pumps, leveraging AI/ML on the vast amounts of data collected from thousands of customers. Their tech stack includes Typescript for backend/frontend. They have raised €25 million for expansion.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure for training, deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models.
* Automate ML workflows and pipelines (CI/CD for ML).
* Ensure reproducibility, reliability, and performance of ML models in production.
* Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for ML workloads.
* Collaborate closely with data scientists to bring models from research to production.
* Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for ML systems.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest MLOps tools and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer with ML focus, or similar role.
* Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
* Experience with MLOps platforms and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
* Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
* Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This role is Hybrid/ONSITE and requires regular presence in the Amsterdam office.
