The Role The Product Marketing Lead connects product innovation with market demand, developing and executing strategies that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. Working closely with product, sales, and customer‑success teams, the role crafts compelling product messaging, positions new features, and ensures a consistent narrative across all customer touchpoints.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches, including messaging, positioning, and multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Define and communicate the product’s value proposition to target audiences.
  • Build deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create tailored content for lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback to guide product strategy and operational improvements.
  • Manage email marketing strategies, newsletters, and thought‑leadership content (blog articles, industry reports, social media campaigns).
  • Collaborate with sales to produce pitch decks, case studies, landing pages, and FAQs.
  • Maintain shared marketing asset libraries for cross‑functional teams.
  • Track key pipeline metrics, analyze win‑loss trends, and refine targeting strategies.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a software/SaaS startup or high‑growth environment.
  • Strong strategic messaging and positioning skills; ability to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling for product pages, sales collateral, blogs, and emails.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer‑success teams.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and assets.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and conversion rates.
  • Customer‑centric perspective with deep understanding of pain points and buying behavior.
