Software Engineer (SRE)

About The Role: As a Software Engineer (Site Reliability Engineering) at Radar Labs, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our geolocation platform. You will work on optimizing our infrastructure to handle massive scale and ensure 99.99% uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement systems for high availability and fault tolerance
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Develop automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
• Work on multi-region AWS K8s deployments to ensure global scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to implement “secure by default” infrastructure

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site reliability engineering and system operations
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
