Founding Full-Stack + AI Engineer

Radiance is a digital design agency powered by The Source®—a Creative OS that combines design, automation, and AI to scale brands. We are backed by Invisible Technologies and are looking for a founding engineer to help us build LLM-native tools that power real creative workflows.<p><p>Your responsibilities will include:<p><ul><li>Architect RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and automation flows</li><li>Build APIs and full-stack features (Python + Vue or similar)</li><li>Fine-tune models for structured data extraction</li><li>Own engineering decisions, work closely with founders, and ship fast</li></ul><p><p>We are looking for someone with strong full-stack skills (backend + frontend) and experience with AI tools (prompting, agents, vector DBs). You should have systems thinking — care about UX, scale, and maintainability, and possess high autonomy and speed.<p><p>Nice-to-have skills include experience building or fine-tuning LLM-based agents, infrastructure with AWS, Postgres, and scalable APIs, and web scraping/automation projects.<p><p>At Radiance, we offer competitive salary and meaningful equity for founding team members.
