Railtown AI is building AI-powered tools that help developers identify, understand, and resolve production issues faster, focusing on root cause analysis for engineering teams. The company is evolving into Conductr AI, building tools to help engineering teams prioritize, ship faster, and stay in flow. They are also building a new experience under the Railtown AI name, focused on helping developers and teams build intelligent applications using LLMs, with tools for request completion, AI workflows, and more. As an ML Engineer, you will have a strong background in Python and experience building and deploying ML applications in real-world environments. You will contribute to leveraging AI / machine learning expertise to build an AI cloud service that integrates ticket tracking systems (Github, Jira, Azure), CI/CD processes, and application logs to detect, analyze, and fix application errors quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is excited about building tools for developers and working in a focused, collaborative environment. Experience with Azure is a plus.
