Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Product

This role is for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Product at Railway. In this position, you will build features end-to-end, from the UI in our dashboard to orchestrating workflows that interact with our microservices. You will craft intuitive interfaces that allow our users to interface with powerful computing paradems. Additionally, you will build TypeScript + GraphQL APIs with strong guarantees around modeling data, and write Engineering Requirement Documents to take something from idea to implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building features end-to-end, from the UI to backend APIs.
• Crafting intuitive interfaces and user experiences.
• Building TypeScript + GraphQL APIs.
• Writing Engineering Requirement Documents.
• Contributing to open-source repositories like the Railway CLI and Nixpacks.
• Experience with, or desire to learn Rust.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Ability to autonomously lead, design, and implement great product experiences.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture.
• Experience managing complex asynchronous backend jobs.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
