Reckon Digital, a London-based software and consultancy firm specializing in AI, Optimisation, and Cyber Security, seeks an experienced Bid Manager, preferably onsite in London. We primarily serve international non-profits and NGOs.

The Bid Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, competitive proposals to secure new business opportunities. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and crafting compelling bids that align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant opportunities across procurement portals (RFPs, RFQs, tenders).
- Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial analysis to submission.
- Write, edit, and consolidate proposal content, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasive messaging.
- Ensure tenders align with client requirements for maximum scoring potential.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, legal, finance) to produce well-structured proposals.
- Manage document formatting, graphics, and annexes.
- Maintain a bid pipeline tracker and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Conduct reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Oversee submission logistics (online portals, hard copies, etc.).
- Partner with marketing for tailored case studies, testimonials, and branding.
- Debrief on lost/won bids for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years in bid/proposal management, preferably in government, public sector, or NGOs.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Experience with Ubuntu, Debian, or similar Unix-like operating systems.
- Familiarity with bid management tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
