About Recurse Center: Recurse Center is a privately held company founded by YC S10. Our mission is to transform lives by helping people direct themselves. We run retreats where curious programmers come to recharge and grow. We also have a fully integrated recruiting agency that supports our operations and provides lifelong career services to our participants.

About The Role: As a Career Facilitator, you’ll focus on full-cycle recruiting. You’ll source candidates from our own community and help them through every part of their job searches. You’ll also support our partner companies by understanding their hiring needs, finding Recursers for their open roles, organizing hiring events, and building strong relationships.

• Make the retreat our recruiting advantage.
• Delight and serve our partner companies.
• Help build an enduring business by improving internal processes and tools.
• Occasionally support other parts of the company.

Requirements:

• Extroverted, energized by meeting people.
• Excellent memory and recall.
• Relevant industry experience in recruiting or a related role.
• Ability to “sell” without being pushy.
• Bias towards action.
• Trustworthy, ethical, and with good judgment.
• Clear communication skills.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Understanding of Recurse Center and its mission.

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
