About Recurse Center: Recurse Center is a privately held company founded by YC S10. Our mission is to transform lives by helping people direct themselves. We run retreats where curious programmers come to recharge and grow. We also have a fully integrated recruiting agency that supports our operations and provides lifelong career services to our participants.

About The Role: As a Senior Career Facilitator, you’ll focus on full-cycle recruiting at a senior level. You’ll lead the recruiting process, mentor junior team members, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You’ll build and maintain relationships with partner companies, organize hiring events, and refine our recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the recruiting team.
• Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner companies.
• Organize and execute hiring events.
• Refine and improve internal recruiting processes and tools.
• Occasionally support other parts of the company.

Requirements:

• Extroverted, energized by meeting people.
• Excellent memory and recall.
• Extensive experience in recruiting or a related role.
• Proven ability to “sell” and build relationships.
• Strong bias towards action and initiative.
• Highly trustworthy, ethical, and with excellent judgment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Deep understanding of Recurse Center and its mission.

Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000
