Role Overview: We’re seeking a Senior Career Facilitator to lead our recruitment efforts. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing, screening, and matching our alumni community with partner companies. Unlike traditional recruitment, we exclusively draw candidates from our own retreat participants, leveraging our unique relationships and community to find exceptional matches for client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters
  • Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with our diverse alumni network
  • Understand client companies’ complex hiring needs and match them with qualified candidates
  • Organize large-scale hiring events and facilitate complex interview processes
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition for partner companies
  • Develop and improve recruitment tools, processes, and analytics
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all recruiting operations
  • Maintain detailed records of candidates, interviews, and hiring outcomes
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in tech recruitment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in tech/startup environments
  • Proven track record of successful placements in technical roles
  • Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle complex client relationships and negotiations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop recruitment talent
