What You'll Do: As an IT Associate, you'll manage Rinse's computer hardware, networks, and technical infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and management to ensure technologies are productive, secure, and compliant. Your responsibilities include provisioning equipment, administering networks, troubleshooting issues, documenting systems, and staying current with emerging technologies.

What We Need From You: We're seeking a strong analytical mind with high ambiguity tolerance and a willingness to learn new technologies. You should have judgment in managing risks during administration and deployment. Experience with Linux command line is preferred, and familiarity with common internet technologies would be valuable.

Nice To Have: Experience with Linux administration, network infrastructure, and familiarity with tools like Playwright or CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous for this role.
